TRANSCRIBER'S NOTES

The Anglican church for both Coward's Island and Flat Island as well as North Island and Berry Head, was the church of St. Nicholas. It was located on Flat Island and was part of the parish of Salvage. At first they shared a cemetery but later they had one at Coward's Island.
The data was collected by Julia Hiscock Hobeika and myself. The notes are ours from family bibles and oral history. These 12 persons are but a small number of those buried at the Flat Island cemetery.
