League Bryan *1	Research has determined that this spelling was actually "Teague" not "League" as shown in the initial transcription. Teague, Tade, Thady, etc. are the Irish forename equivalents of the English forename Timothy. His marriage, recorded at St. John's, indicates that Timothy Bryan of Ferryland married Mary Crane of New Ross, [Co. Wexford] on Nov,13, 1827.	Kevin Reddigan Oct. 27, 2012

Laurence Houlahan *1	In the book "A Place to Belong - Community Order and Everyday Space in Calvert, Newfoundland", page 33, the author, Gerald L. Pocius, indicates that this family was living at Capeland Bay in 1800. This appears to be an error, since the manuscript quite clearly shows Laurence and his family residing at Ferryland.
