To the Honorable the Supreme Court of Newfoundland or one of the judges thereof
The Petition
of Ellen Bolger Trepassey Widow of Michael Bolger late of the same place Dealer - humbly sheweth - that her said late husband died in the Spring of this year intestate - possessed of property of the value of about three thousand dollars and leaving several children him surviving living with this Petitioner - that no probate or administration has been applied for to estate of said Michael Bolger - and Petitioner prrays that Letters of administration may be granted to her.
