In the Probate Court Newfoundland Know all men by these presents that we whose names are hereinto subscribed, Claimants on the Estate or property of Joseph Undrey late of Saint Johns Newfoundland Fisherman Deceased each of us for him and herself severally and respectively, our several and respective Heirs, Executors and Administrators, do hereby allow, authorize, and empower Thomas, William, George, Eastaff and William Branscombe both of Saint Johns aforesaid joint Administrators to the Estate of the said late Joseph Undrey to sell and dispose of the whole of his Estate or property, and to pay of all legal and just claims or demands on the same and rateably to divide the remainder amongst us or to our use. In Witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our Hands at Saint Johns aforesaid this tenth day of October One thousand eight hundred and thirteen.
