Description:My grandfather John Michael Duggan was born July 3, 1868 to Michael Duggan of Riverhead Harbour Grace area and Margaret O' Dwyer. They were married and this child was baptised at the Immaculate Conception Church.
Margaret O' dwyer Duggan died in 1875 and the child John was raised by a paternal uncle Peter Dwyer of Harbour Grace. Michael remarried in 1877 and it is believed that he had more children. Michael Duggan is listed as fisherman on voting lists and I did find a death notice for Michael Duggan of Riverhead who died May 11, 1924 at age 89. I believe this was my great grandfather. I am trying to locate any information with regard to him. Did he have siblings? Did he have more children after Margaret died? Where is he buried? I keep coming up short. If anyone can be of help to me it would be greatly appreciated.

Description: Matthew WAUGH b. 03 Dec 1803 Ovingham, Northumberland, England - near Newcastle-On-Tyne, enlisted Army 1826, married 1828 (Margaret ROBSON)
went to Halifax, NS 1834, transferred to St.John's 1837, retired 1849, died 05 Jan 1884.
Matthew and Margaret's grandson: Philip (J.) WAUGH, b. possibly 15 Sept 1870, likely St.John's; bap.20 Nov 1870 St-John's RC Basilica, St. John's, NL; d. 01 Mar 1916 Boston, Mass, USA; [his father: also named Philip; his mother: Bridget GRANGEL (she sometimes listed as Mary GRANGER)]; Philip's (the younger) spouse: Mary Elizabeth DUNN, b.03 May 1880 St.John's; bap 11 Jun 1880 St-John's RC Basilica, St. John's, NL; d. 28 Jul 1942 Portland, Maine, USA; (her father: Richard DUNN(E), mother: Elizabeth ANTELL (ANTLE/ANTIL) m. 02 Dec 1876 St-John's RC Basilica, St. John's, NL).
Philip (the younger) and Mary Elizabeth DUNN believed married ? abt.1899/1902 ? place unknown?; This couple emigrated to USA, Boston (Newton/Needham), Massachusetts. This couple's 1st child male (John Henry "Jack", my father) born 21 Nov 1902 Needham, Mass.,USA. This couple returned to St.John's where this couple's 2nd child female (Mary Bridget "Molly") born (04?) 14 Mar 1904 and 3rd child male (William Joseph "Bill") born 24 Nov 1905 both at St.John's. The couple and children all again emigrated to USA, Rumford, Maine where they settled before August 1907 and where the couple had 6 more children before Philip's early death at age 45 (some records give his age 39 or 41).
Philip (the younger) had a brother Daniel (bap 19 Aug 1866 St.John's RC Basilica, St.John's, NL but USA records usually list his birth year as 1877! d. 1936 buried Newton, Mass) He also emigrated to Boston area. Daniel
married Annie POWER/S (b.?1877 d. 1940) also from St. John's. That couple had at least 5 (possibly 11) children in Newton/Needham,Mass,USA named: Daniel Joseph (1898), Mary Bridget (1899), Philip Henry (1901), Henrietta May
(1902), and James Leo (1904/5). And also likely a George.
Philip (the younger) had a brother Joseph (bap 14 Apr 1874 St.Patrick's RC Church, St.John's, NL) who also emigrated to the Boston area (had also lived in Portland, Maine, where one child was born 1899 but returned to
Newton/Needham/East Boston, Mass by August 1900). He married Mary BOGGAN? from St.John's. Couple had several children possbily 9, one of whom was a Florence, and possibly a William, among others. Joseph died before 1930,
likely in Boston where his wife (widow) and children are listed in the 1930 US Census records.

Between 1864-1867 Thomas and Johanna, and their four children moved to Cape Breton, probably Glace Bay (but they also lived in Lingan), to work in the mines. Thomas and Johanna had two more children, James and Michael, before Thomas Casey
died, between 1872 and 1881. Any information about the ancestry of Thomas and Johanna Dunne Casey would be much appreciated.
