| Son of George and Lucretia Jane Barbour, of Newtown, Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland. He joined the Royal Newfoundland Regiment and was assigned Regt # 3705. He attained the rank of Company Sergeant Major before he died on 14 Oct, 1918 at age 29. He is buried in the DADIZEELE NEW BRITISH CEMETERY, Moorslede, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. |
