Lake, Harold L., M.M. 1995. Perhaps they left us up here. Harry Cuff Publications Ltd., St. John's. 205 pp. This is the autobiography of the WWII service of a soldier in the 166th Newfoundland Heavy Regiment, Royal Artillery. The regiment served in North Africa and then Italy. Newfoundlanders listed (almost all are soldiers), many only briefly:
