My great grandmother Effie Warren (nee Price) left Grand Bank for Nova Scotia with 3 or 4 children sometime between 1901 and 1911 subsequent to the death of her husband William Warren. I'm looking at ship passenger lists to see if I can find her name but not having much luck.

Can someone tell me what the predominant route would have been to get to Lunenburg NS from Grand Bank NL in the early 1900s? Only one I've found so far which makes geographical sense is the St. Pierre Miquelon to North Sydney NS and then the train to Lunenburg. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
