could http://ngb.chebucto.org/Wills/gillett-philip-11-122.shtml this be him. Its possible your Wanorth could be Wandsworth, a hospital in London where injured soldiers were taken.

I know that you can request a copy of the page and they also send a very nice letter with it. Both are suitable for framing.
