Pikeman,

I would appreciate if you would explain the following suggestion. I am certain there will be no excavation of the graves listed. I am not sure what century you are living in. Please appreciate that you are suggesting that you are entitled to dig up my relatives. You are not. I would recommend that you do not make that suggestion about anyone else's relatives either. We are beyond that disrespectful behavior.

I did enjoy reading about your research- my relatives are the Brown family of Sound Island.

And I refer to the following quote. You stated:

Pending the results of any future skeletal remains excavated at the following burial grounds in the Black River-Piper’s Hole watershed areas, namely:

1.) RC burial ground at Brinston’s Point, Sound Island, PB;
2.) RC burial ground located near Black River and Garder Cove, PB
3.) ancient Newfoundland Mi’kmaw burial ground located near Salmon Hole, Piper’s Hole River, PB; and
4.) late contact NL Red Indian seasonal campsite located at Red Indian Pond, Piper’s Hole River, PB, where a small enclave of Red Indian survivors were seeking sanctuary during the years 1816-7.

Please show more respect in your writing. It is clear that you have no right to excavate our ancestors to satisfy your curiousity.
