Hello, I am currently researching for information about P/O Eric Augustus Snow, Pilot RAFVR. I am aware that he was a citizen of St John's, Newfoundland prior to the outbreak of the Second World War. Unfortunately he was killed in a mid-air collision over the Irish Sea, UK on 17th March 1944. I would be grateful for any background information in relation to Eric Snow or indeed any contact with family members or friends. I have been trying for some years to locate a photograph or newspaper obituary of this officer without sucess. Any assistance offered would be greatfully accepted. Thank you. Gary |
