Newfoundland's Grand Banks Message Board

Seeking info on my Grandparents who lived in either Corner brook or Halifax from about 1885 to 1920 or so. Believe David married Bertha Gardner(sp) in either location in 1890's. They had 3 children--James in 1898---John in 1901---and my Mother Sarah or Sadie in 1910. Have a photo of my Mother standing in front of school in either of the 2 towns. They emigrated to Buffalo, NY in the 1920's where my Mother married my Father and I was born in 1931. I have no idea where my Grandparents were born or lived prior to settling in either Nova Scotia or nEWFOUNDLAND. They both died in the Buffalo NY area.
