| Post subject: | Information on Agnes Keane (1704) and Bridgett Ann Flaherty |
Looking for any information on Agnes Gushue (Keane) (b. 1704? Died 1780?) of Harbour Main or Bacon Cove. She is interred at the Holy Sepulchre Roman Catholic Cemetery at Mount Pearl, under the name "A Gushue". Her full name was Agnes Keane, but she took Gushue as her maiden name after marriage to Timothy Gushue. I found a man named "William Keane", listed in the 1675 St. John's Census, who had a wife, 4 children and 5 servants according to the census, but I cannot confirm if this is Agnes' father. Also looking for any information on Bridgett/Bridget Ann Flaherty, also of Harbour Main or Bacon Cove. Possibly born in 1680. I have no sources other than an Ancestry page which has no source.
