Post subject:  JESSE PARK - MARRIED DORAH PARSONS - THEN MARRIED SELINA BLA
Hi everyone, I am trying to get any documents on Jesse Park. Well more like birth. I cannot find his father or mother anywhere in NL. However Im not the most knowledgeable person for this.

I am on ancestry.ca, I have looked there, I have searched NL vital stats, I have used family search.org and i am also on my heritage.

I cant figure it out.

It would be appreciated if someone could help out or direct me to place I can research.

I did a search for you and I found the following...
PRE 1891 REGISTRATION RECORDS Vital Statistics, Volume 56 Humber District
BAY OF ISLANDS Church of England MARRIAGES 1870-1891
Married May 5, 1884 at John's Beach Groom: Jesse Park age 28 Bach Fisherman Humber Sound
to
Dora Parsons age 15 1/2 Spinster Humber Sound
Witnesses: Mary Jane Lovell and John Park
Minister: Joseph J. Curling
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
familysearch.org has a number of records.
Just go there and type his name and Newfoundland as the birth place and nothing else and hit search and you will find a number of records, his children and spouses etc.

Also someone has also posted a small family tree there if you select Jesse Park and one of his spouses and you will find his parents are John Park and Mary Brake.

Ty for responding. I do have Jesse s two marriages and some kids and his death. Yes I love family search I have found many info on all my trees.

I can verbally put him with john park and mary brake as parents and reuben , john, as brothers and i do find him in records where he is witness to his brother s marriage. I can find john park the son and reuben park the son s birth certificates and wedding records but i cannot find anything on jesse park as far as his parents being john park and mary brake.
