Hi all! I'm looking for information on my great great grandfather peter Oliver. He came to burgeo from nova scotia and married florence benoit of burgeo. He was lost at sea about 1880. Florence then took their only son john (my great grandfather) and walked to st. George's where she settled, remarried and raised her family. My grandmother and father were also raised there. There is lots of information on florence, but all I can find of peter is their marriage certificate. I cant find information on his death, anything to indicate a grave marker of any kind and no idea on his history before newfoundland. I have a pretty extensive family tree, I'd love to share if anyone is interested. Thanks for reading and any information is greatly appreciated! |

I would truly appreciate any help and I'll share everything I have! I don't have much other then what I previously posted on Peter but I have extensive information on Florence (Laurencia Florence Benoit) and John. John's daughter Susie was my grandmother. Thank you for responding!! |
