I'm trying to find information related to my maternal grandmother - Beatrice Louise (Jones) Gosse. She was born in Upper Island Cove. She married John Charles Gosse from Spaniards Bay in 1924. I believe she had a sister named Maude. I'm not sure if she had any brothers...any information would be great. |

Hello, NL GenWeb has Parish Records transcribed for Conception Bay North ~ Harbour Grace District Upper Island Cove - St. Peter's Anglican Church. You will find much of the info you are looking for re Beatrice in the records of Upper island Cove, St. Peters church. From these records; Beatrice married John Charles Gosse Feb. 17, 1925. Her father's name was given as Albert. Knowing that I was able to find her birth/bapt. record and those of her sibs. Beatrice Louise born May 8, 1903 Herbert Llewellyn born Feb, 22,1889 Josiah born Jan.2, 1891 Albert born may 15, 1898. Those are the only siblings that I could find.
