I'm looking for info on Andrew Peckford (1862-1905) of Change Islands/Gander Bay Area. He was married to Maria Dinney (1865-1941) and their son was named Arthur Peckford. Andrew may have been adopted/raised by Peckfords, but his birth name may have been Stratton (not confirmed). He may have had siblings adopted at the same time.
