I am looking for on my ancestor Garland Ivany, born 1872 in English Harbour. His parents are believed to be George and Emma Ivany, both born 1850 in English Harbour. I have no confirmation of this and would appreciate any information you may have. I have very little information about George and Emma and would appreciate assistance on them as well. Thank you, |

Sorry I can't help much with your search, but curious if you've had a DNA test. As the story goes, my GG Gf and 2 brothers moved from English Harbour to set up life in Portland. We can't find birth records for any of them although they were born around the same time 1847-1854 as your George. Glenn Ivany |
