My father Wallace Higgins born in 1928 in Goddenville Nfld. He was placed in an orphanage at age 11. Both parents (Reuben Higgins & Annie Greely) died around 1940. Looking for any information on where my father could have been sent. Would like to find out the name of the orphanage he was placed in. thanks! |
