Looking for any info on Richard Fry who came from England (Somerset) in the early 1800's. He settled in Indian Arm (Summerville)... I was told by my grandfather he had brothers that came over with him.. Any help would be great.. Thanks Mike |

Not sure if it's the same guy but I have a Richard Fry that shows up in my Ancestry.ca research. It's primarily information I found in other peoples family trees and I have not validated it with birth certificates etc. Richard Fry (b. 1793 in Whiltshire, England; d. 28 Feb 1882 in Indian Arm) married Elizabeth Mullowney (b. 1801; d. 18 Jan 1828) married Mary Sexton (b 12 Nov 1800; d. 11 Feb 1889) His parents are listed as John Fry and Sarah Thomas but no other info on them. I have a list of children as well that I believe all may have been from his second marriage to Mary Sexton. |
