Dear NGB, I am looking for the parents of James Leary II who was allegedly born NOV 1855 in Silver Springs, Conception Harbor, Newfoundland. I am wondering if James Leary was the son of Nicholas Leary. You may be able to trace your Leary ancestry by visiting the Registry of Deeds in St. John's. These records are underused and contain much useful information. |
