Looking for maiden name of Mary Elizabeth Evoy. She was born in Grates Cove, in 1831 or 1832 and married John Evoy of St. John's. Also, any information on Jane Crowe who was born in Grates Cove in about 1835. I believe she married Martin Evoy, but have not been able to confirm this fact. DM Cook |

Patrick Evoy of Caplin Bay married Catherine Power of Caplin Bay on 12 November 1829 at the Basilica witnesses: James Walsh and Richard Reddigan Andrew Evoy of Burin married Jane Power of Merasheen on 4 April 1856 at the Basilica witnesses: John Evoy and Ann Evoy Martin Evoy married Jane Crowe on 10 April 1866 at the Basilica witnesses: Andrew Crowe and Anne Ryan John Evoy died 13 January 1896, aged 66 years Mary Elizabeth Evoy died 23 January 1925, aged 94 years |
