Newfoundland's Grand Banks Message Board

I'm looking for information about Phoebe Baggs. She was my grandmother and passed away in the 80s. I also know that she was born in Twillingate in 1900 (give or take) and married my grandfather, Willis Osmond, in 1926.

What I would love to know are her parents names but I can't find any birth, baptism, or marriage records for her. There is a Phoebe Baggs in the 1921 census but she is living with another family as a domestic.

Does anyone have any suggestions or clues?
