I am looking for information on Thomas Harvey's father. Thomas was born in Admiral's Cove, Ferryland District, in April of 1866. Thomas was married twice; 1st wife was Mary Anne Pendergast and they had five children. His second wife was Mary Jane Crocker and they had ten children. I am looking for any information on who Thomas Harvey's father was. I am trying to track my family history but I can't seem to get past Thomas. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Hi,

Go to my website www.calvertweb.ca and select Family Trees. When you open my database page, type in Thomas Harvey and you should be able to pick his information from there. His father was William Harvey who was married to a sister of my g,grandfather, Peirre Carey (Carew). There are a number of versions of his origins but it is generally held that he was of English origin.
