HELLO

does anyone have resources that will help me in locating information abotu the Great White Fleet from the mid 1960's.
they were from Portugal and there were several boats that fished of the banks.
I am looking for more information on members of this group and the names of the ships that sailed.

ove name i have discoverd is the Ship "Invicta" but i cannot seem to find anything on this information and discv\overing more about it.

please let me know if you have resources on this subject.

I know of at least two of these ships were the NTM Creoula and her sister ship the Santa Maria. The Creoula was captained by captain Marcos. He died several years ago.

Use the search term Portugese White Fleet Newfoundland and you should be bogged down with information.
