I have Carrie and bro {John} Thomas Beckett as children of John+Jane (Dagwell) Beckett. No evidence, but 1945 census has John T+Janett Beckett &Leona Jane family with right age, so guess this is your {John} Thomas. Max Beckett of St. Johns (80 if living) claimed the above connection. By an earlier marriage, John Thomas had 3 children given in the 1935 census: Wm, James Ward & Samuel John. My wife's GMother was Clara Belle Beckett, daughter of Wm James+Susanna (March) Beckett. I don't know Wm's parents, but have a guess (or 2 or 3). Most descendants went to the Boston area early 1900s.
