Newfoundland's Grand Banks Message Board

Hello, I am new to this forum and I am hoping that I can obtain some information on my Paternal Grandmother. Her name was Amelia Parsons. She was married to Stewart Gillingham from Clarkes Head. She died at the age of 23 (died April 5, 1942) from phneumonia when my father Edwin Jeremiah (Jerry) Gillingham was only 7 months old. I cannot seem to locate any information on her. I am also looking for any and all information about my Paternal grandfather Stewart Gillingham (birth May 24, 1904) who was born to Benjamin Torraville and Roseanna Gillingham, however he was adopted at birth by Jeremiah and Mary Maria Gillingham. I also cannot locate any information on this "branch" of my tree. I also have Ancestry .ca and cannot locate anything there so I am giving this "shout out" to anyone that may have any information, documentation or photos to share. All of which would be greatly appreciated.
