Newfoundland's Grand Banks Message Board

I am looking for the parents of John Corbett born around 1860 who married Bridget Barnes born around 1854. They had their children baptized at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in St. John's. Their Children are Patrick born 1884, Bartholomew born 1885, Anne Maude born 1887 and Michael born 1890 and Minnie born 1895. Last two were born in Boston, MA.

I am also looking for the parents of Bridget Barnes. I know their names are Robert Barnes and Ann Harron but I can't find them. My guess is they were born around 1833 +/- 5 years.

I believe John has a brother named Edward that married Mary Barnes sister of Bridget Barnes.

I am trying to figure out when the Corbett, Barnes, and Harron immigrated to NFLD.

FYI, I looked through Judy Bakers site and there were no matches.
