Looking for parents of James Park of Bay of Islands who married Susan Bailey. I believe their first child was born in 1864, a Elizabeth Jane.

Unable to find birth, marriage or death info. on James.

Does anyone know if James' parents were Thomas and Elizabeth?

Any help appreciated, grasping at straws here. Been looking for over a year now. I'm not from the area, so I don't even know where James is buried. He must have died somewhat young as Susan remarried at age 40 to a William Strickland who was also widowed.
