Hi,
I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am looking for information on my Great Grandfather (James Lockhart Aitken) and his Father (Robert C. Aitken) as well as Robert's Wife (Laura Penny). I believe they all lived and likely died in Newfoundland, in the St. Johns area, but have been unable to find any documents to help me in my plight. I have been able, with the help of the online archives, to find James' birth in 1887, but little else about him. I was also able to locate what I think was a document referring to the death of his father, Robert, in 1927. I have been looking everywhere and find myself in need of help at this point. Much as I would have liked to do it all on my own, I realize only so much information is available online and am in need of assistance. Any help anyone can offer would be appreciate beyond words.
