I am researching the WW2 Destroyer HMS Martin and her crew.
HMS Martin was torpedoed and sunk 10th November 1942 with the loss of 159 of her 222 crew.
My 18-year-old Uncle was one of the casualties as was Able Seaman Henry O'Neil who is listed on the WW2 memorial page on this website.
Our family have a website dedicated to all the men who served on HMS Martin,
www.hmsmartin-g44.co.uk
Can anyone help with any information on Henry O'Neil as all the information we have is from the C.W.G.C. website and is installed on his ID page on our website. The only additional information I have been able to obtain is that he was born 18/11/1918.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,

Tom.
