I would appreciate any additional information, military and/or other re Private Augustus Street. The cemetery transcription on this site for the Old Anglican Cemetery, Bonavista, is: Pte. Augustus Street, Nfld Reg. WWI, died 1929, age 32.I have found a found a WWI Medal Roll Index Card on Ancestry.com for a Pte. Augustus Street, Royal Nfld. Reg. #4812. I have searched the WWI information avalable on this site, but have been unable to find an Augustus Street in any records. Perhaps someone has access to more military information, or can explain why his name does not appear on the regimental roster. Thank you.
