so I am leaving a message here. He was born Sep 10 1877 Lower Island Cove, the son of William Rixon & Elizabeth Bursey. His mother Elizabeth (Betty) was born June 13 1849 Lower
Island Cove and died Dec 23 1935. William Rixon's parents are unknown, but he is likely the
grandson of John Rixon of Jobs Cove, previously known as Devil's cove. Elizabeth Bursey & William Rixon were married May 25 1877 Lower Island Cove. Elizabeth Bursey was the daughter of William Bursey & Mary Wheeler (aka Willar).
