Newfoundland's Grand Banks Message Board

My maternal Grandfather David Currie was born in Newfoundland as per US 1930 census. He married Bertha Gardner in Newfoundland and they had 3 children--the last my Mother Sadie Currie in 1910. Whole family emigrated to Buffalo NY area in 1924 and 1930 census has them living in Buffalo and 2 of the children still under their roof. I was born in 1931 so my mother met my Dad--married and I came soon after.
David's father was born in Wales and his mother came from England.
