I am searching for my grandmother's birth record. Her name is Janet Horwood and she was born in St. John's in 1893-94. All her siblings were born in Brigus and I have been able to find their records. The church would most likelty be Methodist. I'm confused about searching parish records vs. vital statistics. There seems to have been a change in birth registrations around that time. |
