Looking for Peter and martha Brothers

I am looking for information on Peter James Brothers born abt: 1846, and his wife Martha three sun was my GGGrandfather Peter James Brothers Jr, born St' John's Newfoundland abt 1867 he married Harriet Croft Brothers
If anyone can help me out with info on this family, it would be greatly appriciated.

Before 1891 it is all church records, do you know the religious denomination?

Catholic I looked at all the church records from 1835 to 1922, I think I found Peter death

Before 1891 Grand Banks has more RC information for the St John's area than I can find online, all I have are St Patrick's Birth records 1880-1891, after 1891 the birth records (1891-1897/98), marriage records (1891-1922) and death records (1891-1949) are more complete as they are government records, not church records, other than the poor condition, they were not looked after and some of the records were destroyed.
