My 2nd great grandfather was Capt Stephen ANTLE(1840-1914) m. 1865 to Lydia CHALKER (1843-1901) His parents were John ANTLE (1802-1850) and Patience NOEL (1803-1868). Stephen was one of 9 children. The other 8 were: Mary (1826-?) Emma (1829-?) Elizabeth Ellen (1832-?) Patience Ann (1833-196) m. Samuel Robert ROSE William James (1833-?) m. Elizabeth CURTIS John Isaac (1838-?) Victoria Susannah (1845-?) m. John BARNES Caroline Munden (1848-1850) All these families were in the Riverhead / Antle's Beach area in Brigus. |
