Hi All, I have been researching my maternal side of my family the Hopkins Family. my 3rd great grandfather is Charles Hopkins born 1835 Hearts Content died 8/6/1908 Hearts Content, His spouse is Elizabeth Ryall Hopkins born 7/24/1847 Brigas died 2/17/1919 Trouty Trinity Bay ( I can't find any information on her parents although I believe her father was John but can't verify) Charles father was Captain John W Hopkins born 1792 Hearts Content died 11/23/1852 Hearts Content, his wife was Anne Shepard Hopkins born Hearts Content died 4/17/1870 Hearts Content I have not been able to go any further that this and I still need to be able to verify a lot of this information I do know that Captain John owner several ships that were moored in Hearts Content and they were all fisherman or planters. Any help would be greatly appreciated |

Hello. I have some HOPKINS material. I have a CHARLES HOPKINS, son of John and Elizabeth —I have her surname as WILLIS. There was also a Richard Hopkins born in Scilly Cove in 1677 The first Hopkins I have in Heart Content would be Edward and his spouse Elizabeth both born about 1720. Get back to me.
