My name is Carol King. I live 2 miles north of Boston. My Grand father, Lawrence Richard King, born 1886, and My Grandmother Johanna O'Leary born 1885 moved to Massachusetts at different times (I think within a year of each other).
They were neighbors on Broad Cove, Small Point.
They married in Cambridge Mass. on June 20, 1909.
Lawrence's parents were Edward King and Margaret Trickett.
Johanna's parents were Timothy O'Leary and Teresa Forrestall.
I would appreciate any information about all four families.
I am more than willing to provide my Newfoundland families with all the decendants here. Larry and Johanna had 10 kids and 27 grandchildren--greats and great greats.
I hope to get to know my family from the homeland in which I was meant to live.
