My great grandfather, william or Willis Willis was probably born in Newtown, (pinchards Island) or Fogo. In any event he started a family in Newtown and move to Shoal Harbour, Bonavista Bay, and died there in 1939 at 76 years old., Trying to find out where he was born, his relatives etc,.

I am enclosing a link from familysearch.org. It is the baptismal...not birth date...record of a Wm. Mark Willis, born to Bernard and Jane Willis of Fogo. You might find this free site helpful in your research.
