Hi M Byron
I have some Mallard's in my files. I do know that a Bernard Mallard from St. John's married a Jean Jackman from Bell Island. They moved to Atikokan, Ontario around 1966 or earlier and that is where Bernard is buried. I'm not sure if his wife Jean is still living. They had 2 sons that I know James and Hugh Mallard. James is still living in Atikokan but I'm not sure where Hugh is living. I went to school with Hugh Mallard and around 1980 his brother James with his wife Donna lived in an apartment across the hall from me. They only have one daughter. I don't know if Hugh is married or not, I haven't seen or heard anything about him in years.
