Anybody have suggestions as to how to easily organize family documents and information.

I have newspaper clippings and funeral booklets, etc., and wondering what other people do.

I also keep Word documents of all my families, branches and generations. I had planned to put each on in a binder with the above documents. Just wondered what everybody else did, have done, or are doing with their documents?

I have a Genealogy computer program that I scan all the paper documents into, along with family photos. The whole family is in one spot and it's easier to keep track of. I keep some of the documents in a file, but most can go in recycling after they are scanned.
