For anyone interested Carl White has posted all the baptisms from the small group of islands
in Bonavista Bay which where inhabited up until the resettlement program of the 1960's. I was surprised to see that I knew most of these people and their children as a lot of them moved to Gambo and surrounding areas. This is a must see for any of you researching the Bonavista area. The baptisms take you from 1907-1940. Don't thank me Thank Carl!

Note:
Apparently this book was originallyy at Deer Island for a short while and then moved to the Bragg's Island Church. Around 1941 it was then brought up to the Gambo Church from which the person who loaned it to me got it. The Churches do not have names as such - just Deer Island United Church and Bragg's Island United Church. They were origianally Methodist Church which later became the United Church. These churches were usually all served by the same minister (Greenspond, Deer Island, Flat island, Greens Island,Bragg's Island and New Harbour. Here's the link
