hi just checked over the entire site and too bad it is not in an ebook or available on line.
It seems every time I try to find information on the Billard's I come up with pay on every site it can get maddening after a while. I even contacted a genealogist and she wanted 30$ an hour, but could not say if she could find me what i wanted. I am looking for the names of Gabriel Billard's (1784 -1863 )parents and siblings. I do have all the information on his children and anything that is on the Newfoundland site and other sites, but I cannot find anything on French sites or for that matter England either.
