Hi everbody,
I am interested in the Brockway family name. Most of them were on the West coast around Burnt Islands and Bay of Islands. The records show the following:-
William Brockway(b 1810 at ?) married a Mary Bourne at Greenspond 22 May 1831. They had a son, Eneas(b 1832 at Greenspond). Eneas married Mary Elizabeth Allen 17 Nov 1859. They had two daughters, Susannah(b 1860 at Greenspond) and Lucy Edith(b 1863 at Greenspond).
My interest is to trace the origins of William Brockway. If anybody has access to the original church marriage record it may show from where he came and his father's name. I would also be interested to know what happened to Eneas' two daughters.
Any help in this endeavour would be greatly appreciated.
