My family lived on the Labrador. I understand that parts of Labrador belonged to Quebec. I'm trying to find BMD records, can anyone let me know where to look. I've hit a brick wall trying to locate early records.

My grandfather was born in Paradise Labrador abt 1890's (I don't have a specific birth date), some of his siblings were born in Labrador as well.

I live in Labrador and lived many years in Cartwright, not far from Paradise River. I may be able to help you if I knew the name of your grandfather or certainly could tell you where to get the information you are looking for. His name, who he married....please
