I was wondering why the first ten letters for Newfoundland Wills Index to Estate Files "A to J" are not accessible? Do they not exist? Thanks Lloyd |

 Have you tried the site, "Index of Misc. Deeds and Wills, Land Grants - Vol. 1, p. 145 - Land Situate-Riverhead......St. John's Hr. area - top of Harbour, then?That's where I found "SAMUEL ANGEL" while researching Angel(l)s from England, Petty Hr.Maddox Cove........The grant was dated Sept. 09, 1803. A for Angel. Anna. |

The reason the items A - J are not accessable is that they have not been transcribed as yet. We did not receive them with the K-Z group. They have now been found and will be transcribed in the coming future as time and volunteers allow. Don |
