hello i am the great grand daughter of Heber & Elizabeth Collins, my grandparents were from Cornerbrook NFLD. I am currently doing a very extensive family tree / memorabilia on my family and searching for family members, information etc... i live on the other side of canada in British Columbia so i am relying on the internet and social networking. I love all of the information available on this site

Hi Kelly?
If I'm not mistaken, the Collins family you are looking for left Corner Brook in the'40s, and went to Bluewater,(Sarnia) Ontario.
As far as I know, the last of Heber's children Shirley) passed away in Sarnia about 2 years ago.
Some of my family also went to Sarnia, and were quite close to the Collins family.
This may not be of any use to you, but I'm quite sure it's the same family.
