Newfoundland's Grand Banks Message Board

I am aware my fathers family came from Newfoundland and migrated to Somerville Ma. but having some difficulties on my research. My grandfathers name was Raymond Stanley Moore and I believe his fathers name was John G Moore. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Please see below and check the dates to see if any of this pertains to your family....do you
know the area they resided in? or the years they were born? Also don't know if the marriage info is pertaining to your grt grandfather or not...since it seems this Raymonds father was born in England...of course that doesn't mean his family couldn't have moved to NFLD and he got married in NFLD......I don't think you are related to me as my Grandfather's name was Moores but he changed it to Moore when he immigrated to Revere/ Everett, Mass area in 1909. I know I had a cousin named Steven, but his last name was Bowers.
