Hello, my name is Laurie Allen. I have been climbing around my family tree for over 30 years now and have hit roadblocks.
My main line is Clifford. I have come to a complete end at James Clifford, who died while onboard the Corean in January 1881.
I believe he was born in England in 1828. He was married to Frances "Fannie" Elizabeth Brown 13 Jan 1851. Their son, and my great grandfather, Thomas Heywood Clifford, Sr was born 12 Aug 1864. He married Elizabeth Jane Moores in 1890 but I can find no record of it. Her parents were Joseph Thomas Moores, Sr and Eliza Russell. I have not been able to trace either of them.
